Saturday Series I
This is a two saturday workshop April 20 & April 27 from 11-4. Snacks and beverages will be provided. The first saturday we will explore the hand built cup. We will make mugs, tumblers, teacups, goblets and more. We will use coil, pinch and carving techniques to make unique one of a kind cups for specific beverages. The second saturday we will meet up and glaze and decorate our cups using an assortment of dynamic cone 6 glazes. We will use wax resist, inlay, oxides, underglazes and stencils to make unique surfaces.
*This class is perfect for beginners and people with any level of experience looking for fresh ideas and new forms and decoration ideas.

The studio is a big warehouse with skylights and roll doors. It is located at 3 mulvaney street Asheville, NC 28803
